Hi all! This morning I made mini Victoria sponge cakes! I just remembered how AMAZING they are! When it's all filled with cream and jam with jam on top. I have a SUPER SIMPLE cake recipe which pretty much only takes 10 minutes. I can't give you the recipe because it's in a book. There are millions of Victoria sponge recipes on the internet though.
Anyway, my verdict for Victoria sponge cakes is.....WOOHOO!!!!!! Victoria sponges are soo delish and easy to put together it doesn't seem possible. I will see you guys soon!BYE WORLD!!!
